Treadmill Interval Training

When the cold hits, it’s time to get back on the treadmill. The treadmill is boring to some people, so incorporating some intervals is a nice way to change the pace, AND get a killer work-out in less than 25 min!

Set your incline at 3% and your speed at what feels challenging but do-able! -Front Lunge at 1.5 mph for 1 min
-Side shuffle on each side, make sure your legs never cross as you shuffle, if they do, decrease your speed-each side 3 min
-backward walk/jog 2 min
-All-out sprint 5 mph or more for one minute
-Walk out the last minute
Repeat. The total is 22 min long!
