Going back to workout after lockdown

Things to remember when you’re back to gym after the lockdown:


1) Get there a little early. You may gain an extra 5-10 minutes
2) Plan your workout ahead of time
3) 1 hour goes by QUICK
4) Make every minute count
5) Focus on your goals
6) Get ready for usual soreness
7) Don’t overdo it right away.
8) Try to build it, don’t rush it
9) Always listen to your body
