Grass-fed ribeye, broccoli, asparagus, and garlic mushrooms. What’s your favorite veggie to pair with steak?! You really can’t go wrong with asparagus and mushrooms, it’s a classic! But I need to try some new combos.
I cooked the steak in a skillet with the veggies, so it’s a one-dish meal! Easy peasy.
• Preheat a skillet to medium heat with avocado oil.
• Season both sides of the steak with salt and black pepper. Put into the preheated pan and sear both sides for a few minutes. Turn the heat down to low-medium and cook to preference.
•Put the asparagus and broccoli into the skillet at the same time as the steak and sauté with salt and black pepper. Towards the end of the cooking, add in the mushrooms and sauté with salt, pepper, and fresh minced garlic. Sauté until golden. “
